At the helm of Singapore Rolling Shutters Pte Ltd are leaders Ms Lillian Lee and Mr Ong Kok Ling. The duo is currently the second generation leader of the company, and aspires to bring the firm towards greater heights through their leadership. This was realized by the leaders’ willingness to change, and broaden the firm’s product range, allowing the firm to reach out to more customers. Lillian and Mr Ong manage the entire operation process, by sending out project managers to manufacture plant, to conduct quality inspection, product test and also to get familiarized with the operation before launches it in Singapore.
